Elizabeth all I can say is … somehow I got it into my mind I had baked this … then I got it into my head I thought this was for next month … today I find I have not baked this and I am out of town (in motels) until Monday. I promise I will bake next week.
I love your loaf! It’s beautiful ragged side and all. I recently made the same mistake not buttering the lid on a Pullman loaf.
